What to include in the T&C document

The TR document is the file or report we provide after a credit analysis and/or service request. It typically includes:

    •    Client Information (Name, DOB, Address – partially redacted if needed)

    •    Summary of Credit Findings (based on Experian/TransUnion/Equifax data)

    •    List of Negative Items Identified (collections, charge-offs, late payments, inquiries, etc.)

    •    Dispute Recommendations or Actions Taken

    •    Educational Resources regarding consumer rights under the FCRA

    •    Consent Documentation if disputes were initiated

    •    Progress Notes or next steps discussed during consultation
